Thirdly, the cash transfer will help towards shelter settlements and non-food items should be provided to the IDPs starting from those who are largely affected. Different camps should be built in various locations in the state to further prevent the IDPs from adding to problems they are already experiencing through movements (Maxwell & Majib, 2010).
